Perform 4 rounds. No rest between exercises. Minimize rest between sets.

Lunge down the length of the court.

Repeat three more times to make it to all four corners of the court.

Lateral squat jumps down one side.
THEN
50 mountain climbers to a sprint.
Repeat to finish the four corners of the court

Walk or jog all the way around the court.
THEN
Lunge all the way around the court.

Walk or jog all the way around the court.
THEN
Lateral side shuffle all the way around, switching directions at each corner.
