Training abs has always been my favorite! I make sure to vary my exercises each time I train, just like you would for any other body part. Each of my ab routines includes upper abdominals, lower abdominals and obliques.
This is one of my abdominal routines that I do every week in the gym. I like to perform each exercise with proper breathing technique and contractions. I hope you like it!
Weighted decline Sit-ups, 4 sets x 20 reps
Decline Board Leg Raises (2 options showed in the video), 3 sets x 15 reps
Weighted Knee-ups, 4 sets x 15reps
Side Plank With Hip Raise (2 options, with or without hand support), 3 sets x 15reps, each side
Seated Crunches, 4 sets x 20reps
