This will help prevent the muscle from pushing down and spreading the implants apart. It will also give you enough of a workout to develop your pectorals and maintain a balanced physique.
Incline Cable Raises
4 sets/15 reps
• Keep arms at sides
• Slowly and controlled, raise arms up and together
• Focus on using your pec muscles as you raise the cables
• Keep arms straight and abs tight the entire set
Incline Bench Flyes
4 sets/15 reps
• Holding dumbbells in each hand, lie on a 45-degree incline bench
• Squeeze pecs as you raise dumbbells up and together
• Like previous exercise, keep abs tight with a slight bend in the elbow
• As you lower weight to open position, make sure your hands do not drop below chest line
