Time is precious and sometimes fitting in a workout seems impossible, but if you are prepared you can find a way to stay fit. ; This week Nicole shows you how to use one of the essential tools for working out at home, traveling, or just about anywhere: Resistance bands. They are cheap, readily available, and perfect for resistance training when weights are not available.
