If you want to eat healthy and live fit, then you’ve got to be prepared. One of the biggest dieting pitfalls is not having healthy foods in hand when hunger arrives. As hunger worsens, so does your ability to make good choices and before you know it you are eating fast food or candy.
But for the lady who is prepared, no situation will stop her fitness goals. That’s what Nicole shows us in this week’s Fit Tip, as she takes us through a day of meals on the road.
