If you aren’t doing a plank correctly, you aren’t working the core as much as you can be. If you are feeling the plank more in your shoulders or lower back than your abs, you need to revisit your form!
Form is #1! We need to focus on QUALITY over quantity, always! I would rather you hold a 20-second plank with good form than 2-minute plank with bad form.
