2013 IFBB Bikini Olympia Champion Ashley Kaltwasser keeps her training fresh with regular exercise switch-ups. This week, Ashley shares one of her favorite exercises to shape her backside–the GLUTE KICK-UP (also known as the Quadrupled Bent Leg Hip Extension) using the Hamstring Curl Machine.
