Bent-over Rows: 15-20 reps, 5- to 15-pound dumbbells
Hamstring Ball Curls heels into ball: 20 reps
Dumbbell Shoulder Presses: 20 reps, 10- to 20-pound dumbbells
Donkey Glute Kickbacks on all fours: 15-20 reps per leg
