Ladies! Need a quick workout at home or on vacation but can’t make it to the gym? Here’s an awesome circuit that will get your metabolism going at any time during the day!

Quick Home Circuit
Wide Squats: 20 reps, 10- to 20-pound dumbbells
Push-ups on knees: 10-15 reps
Lunges: 10 reps per leg, 10- to 15-pound dumbbells
Bent-over Rows: 15-20 reps, 5- to 15-pound dumbbells
Hamstring Ball Curls heels into ball: 20 reps
Dumbbell Shoulder Presses: 20 reps, 10- to 20-pound dumbbells
Donkey Glute Kickbacks on all fours: 15-20 reps per leg
