Simple moves to strengthen your core

Even with limited time and space, you can still efficiently work your abs. In this week’s Keep it Fresh, Ashley and her coach IFBB Pro Summer Montabone share a few plank variations to help you build a strong core. These do-anymore moves can be modified based on your fitness level — whether you still need to work on your core strength, or you’re looking for ways to increase the burn in your abs.
