Do you ever have a hard time waking up in a good mood, motivated to start your day? If you’re not a morning person, I can totally understand why you’re not amped up to go to the gym before work! However, I bet if you got that blood pumping right away upon waking, you’d start your day MUCH more energetic, productive and happy!!
Here’s a quick PICK-ME-UP CIRCUIT you can do upon waking! Just make sure your alarm is set to a fun, motivating song, and you have both your fat burner and sports bra an arm’s
length away!
30 Jumping Jacks
20 Jump Squats
30 High Knees
30 Air Squats
15 Push-ups
30 Reverse Crunches
If after one round you’re smiling and motivated to hit the gym, the circuit was a success! If you’re still groggy, do a second round. I bet if you make this part of your daily morning routine, you’ll have a much better workout and workday!
