There’s always a lot of focus on ab training, but it’s important to train your lower back too. In this week’s Keep it Fresh, Ashley and her coach IFBB Pro Summer Montabone show us some strengthening exercises on the stability ball for the lower back, as well as bodyweight versions of the exercises.
