Check out some of Gina’s favorite exercises using ONE simple piece of equipment – the exercise ball. It’s such a staple addition to any home gym. There are so many things you can do with an exercise ball. Check out some of Gina’s favorite ways she uses an exercise ball in her home workouts.

For each of the exercises, Gina recommends 15-20 reps of each and 2-3 sets.

• Ball Hamstring Curls

• Ball Hip-Thrusts

• Ball Reach-Throughs

• Alternating Leg Extensions

• Plank Hold With Alternating Leg Lifts
