Tired of plain, boring, dry chicken? Here’s a quick & easy recipe to spice things up!
Directions
1 – Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
2 – Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 1 tablespoon of whole grain mustard.
3 – Cut chicken into strips.
4 – Coat the strips with honey mustard mix and place on oven safe dish.
5 – Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, and bake for about 15-18 minutes.
6 – In a bowl, combine 480ml (2 cups) of chopped broccoli with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 pressed garlic clove.
7 – Sauté in a skillet for a couple of minutes on medium heat.
NOTE: The cooking time will vary based on thickness of chicken. Make sure your chicken is cooked all the way through before consuming. I like my broccoli crunchy so I only sauté them for about 1-2 minutes.
