Guilt-free French Fries

Crispy and sweet - Jicama makes fabulous fries!

Guilt-free French Fries
With BBQ season quickly approaching, I wanted to share one of my favorite side dishes to accompany all your grilled eats—guilt-free French fries. While you may have experimented with sweet potato fries as a healthier alternative to your typical French fries, you probably haven’t tried jicama fries. Not only do these taste amazing thanks to jicama’s crisp texture and sweet flavor, they have only a fraction of the calories and carbohydrates of traditional French fries. Give ‘em a try! Enjoy!
