BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE DESSERT
One 5.3 oz plain Chobani yogurt cup
3 Tbsp blueberries
1 Tbsp sugar-free pudding mix (vanilla or cheesecake flavor)
2 Tbsp fat-free whipped topping
2 Tbsp cold-milled flax meal
Stevia (amount varies)
In a small bowl, microwave blueberries for 20 seconds. Smash the blueberries with a fork. Add in the Greek yogurt, flax meal, pudding mix and stevia to taste. Top with the whipped topping and garnish with a few blueberries if desired. Enjoy!
