Banana Foster Recipe

Protein Packed and Diet Friendly

BANANA-FOSTER-INS
Present this to your girlfriends after late Girls’ Night or you can enjoy this Banana Foster post-workout. Resistance training tears down muscle, and you can eat fruit to restore glycogen levels.

Ingredients:

1 scoop MET-Rx Ultramyosyn Whey Protein (Cookies and Cream flavor)
1 banana
2 tablespoons 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 or 2 packets of natural sweetener like stevia

How to Make:

For the protein ice cream, mix the Greek yogurt with one scoop of protein powder. Add 1/4 cup water to the mixture and stevia if you’d like. Place into a circular container (a rounded scoop, for a perfect scoop of ice cream!) and in the freezer. Chill for at least an hour so it can form.

Moments before you take the ice cream out of the freezer, prepare ingredients for the cocoa drizzle.

Combine unsweetened cocoa powder with as much sweetener as you prefer. Swirl the two together with a spatula. Add water in slowly by the tablespoon. It may take a little bit for the two to mix. Stir until a liquid consistency forms. Be careful not to add too much water.

Remove the protein ice cream from the container and place in the middle of a plate. Chop the banana and place it around. Drizzle the cocoa on top. Enjoy!

If you prefer a warm dessert, chop the banana and warm in the microwave. You could even warm the cocoa drizzle on the stovetop as well.
