My Deep Chocolate “Candy” Nut Bars are basically just like regular chocolate bars, but without the sugar and unhealthy fats. RICH CHOCOLATE “CANDY” NUT BARS
Ingredients
1/2 cup chocolate whey protein powder
2 TB unsweetened cocoa powder
4 TB liquid coconut oil (or melted)
liquid stevia drops, to taste
½ oz chopped nuts
OPTIONAL ADD-INS (not included in below Nutrition Data):
Dried fruit
Flavored extracts
How to Prepare
1. Combine protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut oil, stevia drops, and chopped nuts.
2. Stir well until mixture is fully combined. Pour into candy mold or right into a plastic sealable bag or container. If using a bag, seal the bag and then spread it out into a thin layer. Put on a flat surface in the freezer until frozen solid.
3. Store in the freezer until you are ready to eat. You can also chop it up and use as healthy chocolate chips as a topping for yogurt, etc. Enjoy!
