These products are both sugar and calorie free. Sounds too good to be true, right? Wrong! It’s the real deal! My favorite product from Walden Farms is the chocolate syrup, which tastes just like the real thing. I use the chocolate syrup with or on foods such as pancakes, Greek yogurt, oatmeal, protein shakes, rice cakes and even peanut butter! The possibilities are endless!

Ashley K’s Mocha Frappe

1 cup ice
2 teaspoons instant coffee of your choice
1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
4 tablespoons Walden Farms chocolate syrup
4 tablespoons Sugar Free Cool Whip
(Optional) Sweeten to taste using Splenda or Stevia.
(Optional) 1 Scoop of your favorite chocolate or vanilla protein (mine is GNC Pro Performance® Whey Protein Complex- Double Chocolate)

Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.

56 calories
4g fat
4g carbs
1 g protein

Nutrition (with protein):
186 calories
6g fat
7g carbs
26g protein
