In today’s video, I focus on another series of back training exercises centering on the lat pulldown. In addition to demonstrating how to perform a proper traditional lat pulldown, I share a grip variation to target another area of the back as well as complementary exercise–the low pulley row. Together, these movements are an excellent tri-set–adding volume to your workout and firing up more muscle fibers.
