In today’s video, I focus on the hamstrings by performing a stiff leg deadlift using dumbbells and demonstrating how to use proper form. (In case you missed last week’s hamstring video, I used a piece of equipment where I was able to isolate my hamstrings in an upright position.) For the stiff leg deadlift, always remember to keep your head neutral, and be sure to focus on the back of your legs as you come up with the dumbbells. I love this movement, because it helps develop the hamstrings from the hip joint, targeting that area so well!
