Leg Press Variations For All Levels

Hello again FitnessRx ladies! Welcome to my fourth Real Strength TRANSFORM video, brought to you by Divine Nutrition.

In today’s video, I target the quads using a leg press machine. (If you missed my first quadriceps video, please click here.) Throughout this series, I will using very straightforward equipment. However, to switch up your intensity and level of difficulty, I’ll show you multiple variations to accommodate all fitness levels. The leg press machine not only engages your quads, but depending on where you place your feet on the platform, you can work the hamstring area as well. With some research and willingness to keep proper form, you can keep your body healthy and avoid injury. By doing so, you can then increase weights used over time. Release the fear of becoming too bulky, as I can assure you that beautiful and strong legs are on their way!
