Hello FitnessRx ladies! Welcome to my twelfth Real Strength TRANSFORM video, brought to you by Divine Nutrition.

In today’s chest video, the main focus of these exercises will be primarily upper chest. Without the use of fancy equipment, there are multiple ways to add intensity as you target upper chest. Again, by keeping the set up simple, the focus is to create more with less. This is a great area of the body to pay attention to this summer, so give these movements a try today!
