In today’s chest video, I focus on exercises targeting the lower chest. Specially, I cover decline push-up variations. Without the use of large equipment, you can still hit the lower fiber of the chest. I keep the set up simple–only a bench, stability ball and exercise mat are needed.
As an added benefit, these exercises really hit many muscle groups–most notably, your abs. Keeping the body stabilized throughout all of the exercises really adds some serious total body strength.
