Hello again FitnessRx ladies! Welcome to my tenth Real Strength TRANSFORM video, brought to you by Divine Nutrition.

In today’s chest training video, I focus on multiple exercises, hand positions, as well as other ways help you transform. You need minimal space. This type of set up is a great way to get more work done in a shorter amount of time.

In this video, I mention and have previously used the term, “intuitive training”. That simply means to follow your instincts, seek balance, persist and become fearlessly creative. And maybe just start with one of those areas. I find that whatever part resonates the most is the area to focus on.
