In today’s video, I will be discussing adding variety to your BICEPS workout with the use of resistance bands. Bands are inexpensive, portable and can really save the day if you are not able to make it to the gym. Resistance bands are also easy to throw in your gym bag and bring with you to the gym. With bands, you can add more volume, train at unique angles or you can simply add diversity by trying some additional moves.
