This is where I like to go when I feel like getting away. I can literally spend the whole day there! LVAC (Las Vegas Athletic Club) has 7 locations and they are all open 24 hours. I’ve been a member since 1996. Great equipment and group fitness classes for a low monthly membership. It’s also a great gym to train at if you are in town for the weekend. http://www.lvac.com/

Las Vegas Pain Relief Center. Dr. Jon S. Petrick, Clinical Director of the Las Vegas Pain Relief Center, is a licensed Chiropractic Physician skilled in all levels of Active Release Techniques (ART), Stress Relief Method (SRM), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Functional Movement Screening (FMS), OTZ-tension adjustments and manipulations. I visit Dr. Petrick at least once a week for Active Release Therapy, massage, and stretching. I’ve been his client for 2 years now and he’s helped me win a handful of my IFBB BIKINI Competitions. BJS Cocktail Lounge is a locals gaming bar open 24 hours a day that has fresh eats around the clock. The menu is broad enough to appeal to all diet types. The atmosphere is local and chill. When I am on prep, they even cook my veggies and protein the way I need it with no oil, butter or added seasonings. They also allow me to create my own salads! When I am off-season, I love to enjoy their sweet potato fries!
Fruits & Roots Juice – Wellness Kitchen. An organic cold pressed juice bar and quick service restaurant solely focused on providing nutrient dense drinks and eats for those on the go. The biodegradable & sustainable packaging and products invoke the “Mother Nature Knows Best” slogan that Fruits & Roots encourages.
