Jaime’s vast knowledge of fitness and nutrition is evidenced by her popular weekly column and training videos on fitnessrxwomen.com. Over the past year, Jaime also has also been a valuable contributor to the print edition of FitnessRx, with articles focusing on interviews with fitness experts and pros, training secrets, the best supplements and workout programs, tips for sticking to fitness goals, and much more.
