I can’t believe the Arnold Classic is only four weeks away. Holy wow! Time flew by. I am excited about everything that weekend. The thought of competing on that stage again overwhelms me with joy. I look forward to bringing the best me I possibly can.
Prep is going great. I am training with full intensity every day and give my cardio 110 percent every single session. I enjoy the feeling of working towards a goal and overcoming obstacles. I love challenges and with every show a there is a different one for me to face.
Plyos today was as tough as I expected with well over 1,000 reps of different exercises. Yes, I already booked my massage, thank you. I love it, though. I love when training is hard and my body wants to stop but my brain takes over and makes my body keep moving. When it is time to train, it is time to train, no messing around. All I think about is giving every rep my all and pushing through it all. If I am not drenched in sweat after a workout then I feel I didn’t workout hard enough. It’s all about the mentality you have. Yes, sometimes I have those days where I am dragging but I don’t let those thoughts take over my mind. I stop them immediately and replace them with positive ones and get my butt up and GO! Anyway, I hope you all enjoy your week. I am going back in for round # 2 at the gym! Woooo hoooo!
Whatever obstacle gets in your way this week, smash it, kill it, destroy it! You are much STRONGER than it and I know that you can definitely overcome it. Believe it and you will do it.
