Pink Lipsticks For Spring

My Top Picks

OK, so who is over winter? I think I have exhausted just about every brown, dark red or purple lipstick I own. Pink-colored lipsticks have never been my “go-to,” but I really want to change that this spring/summer! I think dark colors just work so well with my skin tone, but I am so ready to explore new ones! Up in the North East, spring is upon us (hopefully!) and I can’t wait to try new makeup looks— and I’m starting with the pinks!

Pink Lipsticks For Spring

Today I am sharing my “go-to” pink lipsticks this spring!

Pink Lipsticks For Spring
From left to right:
Too Faced Melted Liquified Lipstick “Fig,” Sephora Rouge Cream Lipstick “Private Selfie,” Maybelline Color Sensational Elixir Lip Color “Blushing Petal,” NYX Butter Gloss “Strawberry Parfait,” Revlon ColourBurst Balm Stain “Lovesick,” Maybelline Baby Lips “Pink Punch;”

I have a feeling my three favorites are going to be Sephora Rouge, NYX Butter Gloss and Maybelline Blushing Petal.

NYX’s Butter Gloss and Maybelline’s Elixir both actually last a decently long time for being a gloss. I don’t find the need to constantly apply. The Sephora Rouge plus the Revlon Balm are both lipsticks that stain, so if you want to wear them you need to commit to it because your lips will still be pink if you take it off.

I added Maybelline’s baby lips in here because sometimes I don’t feel like wearing lipstick but definitely need a little summin’ summin’ on my lips with a hint of color, know what I’m saying? So, this lip balm/lipstick is perfect for that! (It’s on the “Barbie pink” side so be careful applying.)

The Too Faced was added to my spring pinks even though it’s a tad on the darker side; I just can’t get over the Too Faced Melted Lipsticks— their consistency is so amazing!

Hope you enjoyed this little post today. Take a step outside your comfort zone and explore some new colors that you normally wouldn’t! It’s fun and I can’t wait to pair these lip colors with an awesome makeup looks.

What colors do you plan on wearing this Spring?
XOXO
