Which is Better for Weight Loss?

Vinegar has long been proposed as an agent to assist in weight loss. One theory is it extends satiety (the sensation of feeling full) after eating. Another hypothesis is that the acetic acid increases the fatty acid oxidation enzymes in the liver, causing an inhibition of body fat accumulation.
