Metabolism: the thing we take for granted until we reach our early 30s and notice we can't eat whatever we want! Everyone seems to think that in order to be skinny you have to eat less! You would think that would be the case buuuut unfortunately it's NOT! Similar to a bicycle, your metabolism needs momentum to work. To get the most out of your metabolism, you need to eat smaller portions more frequently throughout the day.
We all get so caught up in our busy day-to-day routines and find ourselves forgetting about our overall health and well-being. Then we justify our actions by this famous saying, “Oh, how I wish I had the time to work out.” Well, if you can spare 15 out of 1,440 minutes in your day, you can become fit and fab in NO time!
Balance is a feeling derived from being whole and complete. It is a sense of harmony! Harmony is good in our lives; we cannot give 100 percent ALL of the time. Our lives are made up of MANY vital areas such as work, family, friends, health, spirituality, etc. We cannot solely focus on ONLY one area. If one area gets ALL of the attention, the others suffer and our lives are not in harmony!
As for me, you can never work the booty too much - because as a woman a good booty is a must! We all see thin girls who are skinny, but not necessarily in shape. I have said it before: A good booty is earned NOT given.
