“You are just too healthy. Eat junk food, have sex and walk a lot.” That is exactly what my doctor told me when I saw her at my 40-week appointment. I just love my doctor!
Who ever said that pregnancy has to slow you down?!.. LOL. Since my pregnancy journey has started, I have received a lot of e-mails from other pregnant women, and from women who are planning to start a family. Therefore, I thought it would be a great idea to do a Q&A this week to address some of the great questions that I have received.
I am now in the FINAL stretch of my pregnancy and I am still rockin’ and rollin’! I ask myself, “Where did this pregnancy go?!”
Tank top season is here, and who doesn’t want nice shapely shoulders? I personally love wearing halters and tanks, especially during these hot summer months, and being 27 weeks pregnant isn't going to stop me from keeping the shapely shoulders I've worked so hard for!
What motivates you to exercise? My primary motivation to train and to exercise is our precious baby angel. Pregnancy is a whole new and exciting journey for me and yes, my whole mentality has changed since I found out I was pregnant...
Wow! I officially hit the six-month mark! I love the fact that despite being six months pregnant, I am still able to stay fit and very active.
I am now 22.5 weeks into my pregnancy and I am still going strong. In fact, I have traveled by plane for the past three weeks! I actually prefer to stay very active and busy, so the three trips were great for me.
