I want to talk about chest training today! This muscle group can vary depending on your goals and your physique. When it comes to having implants (breast augmentation), I believe it is important to train with lighter weight and focus on training only using incline chest exercises.
This week, I want to talk about training biceps! I love training arms. You can see and feel the pump as you get your swole on! I don’t train too heavy because my genetics allow me to grow them without too much effort, so I scale back a bit. But don’t let this hold you back in the gym if your biceps are not where you want them to be.
This week I want to go over training the rest of your delts to get the full, round shoulders we all want and need to be esthetically symmetrical! Having strong, developed shoulders will definitely accentuate your V-taper and increase your upper body strength.
When most people train their shoulders, they usually include plenty of exercises for the front deltoids, side deltoids, and the trapezius muscles. But the rear deltoids are most often neglected.
Today I am going to do some high intensity circuit training for legs! WARNING: Many have Lost the Breakfast/Lunch during this Circuit, Stay hydrated and keep a garbage can close!
Shoulders are a major muscle group that every judge analyzes when you first step into the spotlight. You don't want them so big that they dominate your physique, but you do want them to be full enough that it gives you a great V-taper.
This week we are training our back, stabilizing our bodies from head to toe in an unstable environment! This will increase your back strength and build muscle while burning more calories. It also strengthens your core! It is an alternative to your traditional back workout.
Hi FitnessRx women! It's been a long season of competing and now it's time to get back into the gym for some serious off-season training! Lets start with abs!
