Short on time? Can’t make it to the gym? Try this do anywhere workout to burn fat fast. All you need is a little open space & 25 minutes!

Perform 4 Rounds.

No rest between exercises. Minimize rest between sets.

30 seconds High Knees
10-15 Triceps Push-ups
20 Wide-squat Pulses (holding medicine ball)
15 Squat Jumps
20 (each leg) Lunge Pulses
15 (each leg) Lunge Jumps
30 seconds High Knees
25 sets Seated Ball Rotations

Exercise Notes:

Fit Fast Workout 7 - Fat Blasting, 25-minutes, Do It Anywhere!Medicine ball Jumping Jacks – Perform a jumping jack while holding the medicine ball in both hands. When you jump your legs out, bring the ball overhead, and then back down when you bring your legs in.

Triceps Push-up – Get in normal push-up position (toes or knees). Bring hands shoulder-width apart and come down, making sure your elbows point straight back and stay close to your body, and then push back up.

Squat Jumps – Start with legs together. Jump out to a wide low squat. Then, jump back to the starting position.

Seated Ball Rotations – Rotate the medicine ball side to side while seated in a sit-up position.

Wide-Squat Pulse – Get down into a squat position and do small pulsing movements at the bottom of the rep.

Lunge pulse – Step one leg forward and bend knees to lower yourself into a lunge. Make small pulsing movements at the bottom of the rep.
