Challenge Workout - How fast can you go?
Have you been performing my Fit Fast Workouts for a while and want to amp things up? Or, are you new to Fit Fast and just want to test your endurance? Then, you will love this Challenge Workout! I want you to perform the 4 rounds as written and time yourself while doing so. Each time you do this workout, the goal is get faster and shave some minutes off the total workout time. Up for the challenge? Okay…Ready, set, GO!

> Start out with a 5-minute warm-up.
> Rest as you need it. However, remember that the goal is to minimize total workout time.

ROUND 1

10 PUSH-UPS
10 HIGH JUMPS
10 BURPEES OR 20 WEIGHTED LUNGES (alternating)
30 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
30 SECOND SHOULDER PRESS (pictured)

ROUND 2

12 PUSH-UPS
12 HIGH JUMPS
12 BURPEES OR 24 WEIGHTED LUNGES (alternating)
40 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
30 SECOND SHOULDER PRESS (pictured)

ROUND 3

15 PUSH-UPS
15 HIGH JUMPS
12 BURPEES OR 24 WEIGHTED LUNGES (alternating)
40 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
45 SECOND SHOULDER PRESS (pictured)

ROUND 4 – YOU CAN DO IT!!!

20 PUSH-UPS
20 EACH LEG HIGH KNEES
15 BURPEES OR 30 WEIGHTED LUNGES (alternating)
50 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
1 MINUTE SHOULDER PRESS (pictured)

Exercise Notes

High Knee Runs – Quickly run in place bringing your knees towards your chest.

High Jumps – Start with legs shoulder-width apart. Jump up as high as you can into the air and land in a squat position. Immediately jump back into the air.

Mountain Climbers – Get in the plank position. Bring one leg forward under your chest while the other leg is extended and then switch. Continue alternating your legs to your chest. Go as fast as you can while keeping your body and abs tight.
