Upper Body Tone-Up - Lift heavy for best results!
As women, we tend to really focus on our lower body over our upper body. But, guess what? Our upper body also needs attention! Being fit requires focusing on our WHOLE body! Developing nice shapely arms can be difficult, but if you put in the same effort as you do your legs and booty, you WILL get results!

So, how can you develop some great arm definition? By lifting HEAVY! Yes, I said it… LIFT HEAVY! You will NOT get huge like the hulk. As women, we do not have the same levels of testosterone as men do, so building tons of mass just isn’t going to happen. Lifting heavy will simply help you tone up and have more definition in your arms!

Now that we know lifting HEAVY is KEY, here’s is a SAMPLE workout to get ya started:

BICEPSPerform these exercises in straight sets
3×8 – Dumbbell Curls
3×10- Hammer Curls
3×8 – Cable Curls
3×12- Preacher Curls

TRICEPS Perform these exercises in straight sets
3×8 – Cable Press Downs
3×10 – Overhead Cable Extension
3×12- Triceps Machine Press Down
3×10 – Weighted Dips

Be sure to go as heavy as possible while maintaining correct posture. Overtime, you will see results! As you gain more muscle mass, your arms will tone up and the fat will slowly disappear. Don’t be afraid to pick up the HEAVY weights ladies, it will only benefit you in the end. Stay DEDICATED and DETERMINED and remember, “The Skye’s the LIMIT!”
