The Vertical Glute Press

Want to build a tighter, rounder backside? You’ve come to the right place! Each week, our August cover girl- IFBB Bikini Pro Jaime Baird- will share tips to transform your tush in the “Booty Beautiful Video Series.”

Since most gyms no longer have vertical leg press machines, Jaime improvises using the Smith machine to perform this highly effective vertical glute press. This is Jaime’s favorite leg press to target the booty, because she loves that she can feel her glutes and not her quads working.
