Memorial Day just passed by and that means it’s time to get outside and enjoy the sun! Working out is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and Nicole has a workout that does just that.
If you’ve been following the Fit Life, then you know Nicole means business, so she’d never take a workout outside if it didn’t produce results. Today’s Fit Tip is a workout that will burn fat and tone your legs all at the same time. All you need is a tall set of stairs (or bleachers) and a lot of intensity. Nicole’s stair climbing workout features a few different exercises built into the stair climbing to keep it fun, interesting, and most effective. Check out the video below to see how it’s done…
