Whether you are sick of plain old egg whites and oatmeal or looking for a healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth, Nicole’s protein pancakes are just what you need. These tasty pancakes start with a base of egg whites and Met-Rx whey protein powder and then you can add ingredients like oatmeal or almond butter if you need more carbs or fat.
