This week, Ashley and her coach IFBB Pro Summer Montabone, CSCS share the SLAM & SWING–a challenging conditioning circuit that answers your plea for “no more boring cardio!” This workout features two intense exercises–the DBall Slam and the Kettlebell Swing.
