Sprints are perfect for changing up your cardio routine and getting lean. In this week’s Keep it Fresh, Ashley and her coach IFBB Pro Summer Montabone, who are both former collegiate track athletes, demonstrate the correct way to sprint, the proper form for running, a warm-up and sprinting drills.
