Recover faster and decrease soreness

Adding a foam roller to your exercise routine can help you reach your goals faster by providing myofascial release for your muscles. In this week’s Keep it Fresh, 2013 IFBB Bikini Olympia Champion Ashley Kaltwasser and her coach IFBB Pro Summer Montaone, CSCS share some foam roller exercises for the glutes and legs. These moves will prepare the muscles before a workout, and also aid in recovery and muscle soreness. Check out the video and give these a try this week!
