Bodyweight Tabata-style Workout

Do-anywhere fat-burning circuit

This summer if you find yourself on the road, at a hotel, or at home with no time to get to the gym, it’s still possible to squeeze in an efficient workout! In this week’s Keep it Fresh, Ashley and her coach IFBB Pro Summer Montabone share a Tabata-style workout with no equipment. Tabata workouts involve 20 seconds of work followed by 10 second of rest, and this circuit promotes endurance and muscular strength with limited time and space.
