In this video series Online Editor Callie Bundy talks to Jason Leydon Owner and Coach of Crossfit Milford, who’s team placed 2nd in the 2015 Crossfit games, about how to add crossfit into your bodybuilding split!

The Workouts:

Beginner
60ft. sled drag (hand over hand)
10 ball slams, 30/20#
120ft. farmers walk
30 sec. plank hold
repeat for 15 minutes

Advanced
5 strict CTB pull ups
10 strict Handstand push ups
15 sec. L-sit hold
100ft. farmers walk, 70/55# per hand
repeat for 15 minutes
