You’ll find this twist on a fresh fruit salad especially refreshing during the warmer months of summer. Bonus: It’s loaded with antioxidants and anti-aging polyphenols!

Fruit Salad with Basil Lime Dressing

FRUIT SALAD WITH BASIL LIME DRESSING

Ingredients
2 cups pink grapefruit, peeled and chopped into bite-size pieces
1 cup orange, peeled and chopped into bite-size pieces
2 cups pineapple, peeled and chopped into cubes
1 cup strawberries, sliced
½ cup blueberries
½ cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

For the dressing
1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons organic honey
½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger

Directions
Mix the dressing ingredients together thoroughly. Chill. Combine all the fruit together in a large salad bowl. Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss to mix. Chill for approximately one hour. Toss before serving. Makes 6 servings.
