I called my friend and world-renowned sports nutritionist, Robert Haas, to ask him what he drinks to stay hydrated and fit during 90-plus degree weather. Robert graciously shared his thermogenic lemonade cooler with me and now, I’m sharing it with you. Check out his blog: www.paleopharm.com.
