So here’s how to make Chai-Spiced Oatmeal

Chai-Spiced Oatmeal - Adding flavor to a diet stapleIngredients

Steeped chai tea (in place of water)
Oats
Stevia
Splash of almond milk
Cinnamon

Preparation

Using the steeped chai tea in place of water, make your oats as usual. I prefer using the microwave because it is more convenient. When cooked, add stevia, a splash of almond milk and cinnamon, if you like. And, viola…Chai-spiced Oatmeal. Enjoy!

Note: If you don’t love chai tea, get creative with other flavors of tea.
