Fat-Burning Raspberry Frappe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 oz. avocado
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup raspberries, frozen
10 almonds
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 Stevia packet depending upon desired sweetness
3 large ice cubes (depending upon desired thickness)
1 serving L-carnitine powder, optional
How to Prepare
- Put all ingredients, with the exception of the ice cubes, in a blender.
- Blend/frappe for approximately 10-15 seconds or until ingredients are fully blended.
- Add ice cubes, one at a time, until you reach your desired thickness.
- Pour into a glass or shaker cup and drink it up! Then head to the gym or get a move on your day! Enjoy!
