AVOCADO-LIME POPSICLES
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced ripe avocado
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 TB lime juice
1 scoop (approx. 1/4 cup) vanilla protein powder
4 packets stevia (or your favorite sweetener)
Pinch sea salt
How to Prepare
1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour evenly into 4 popsicle molds and freeze until set (at least 2 hours). Enjoy!
