We all know how important antioxidants are for us and how important they are in our daily diet. I have a food find for you that will not only boost your antioxidant intake but will offer you so many other health benefits! Have you ever heard or or tried the Goji Berry?

Goji Berries have been around for thousands of years and are a Himalayan Super Fruit. These berries are also known as Wolfberries. They offer a ton of healthy benefits are are well worth adding them to your diet. They are high in antioxidants (especially beta carotene and zeaxanthin), omega 3’s and 6’s, tons of vitamins and minerals (B1, B2, B3, Chromium, Copper, Magnesium, Iron, Manganese, Phosphorus, Selenium, Natrium, Zinc) Fiber, 18 of 20 amino acids and 23 other trace minerals. Have I convinces you yet!? They have also been known combat diseases, fatigue and boost immunity. Not only is this super fruit so good for you, it is extremely tasty!
